Edris Khamissa

Edris Khamissa is an international consultant in Education and Human Development. He began his career as an English teacher. His passion and expertise for the subject culminated in his nomination as the Chairman of the English Society of South Africa. He embraced the Muslim School Movement in 1987 and has since been a head teacher of three schools.

Mr Khamissa has conducted numerous workshops in Australia, US, Canada, UK, Middle East, Nigeria and throughout South Africa. He is one of the founding members of AMS-South Africa, and an advisory member of IBERR.

His expertise is in self development and curriculum design. His creativity made him a dynamic lecturer at the International Peace University of South Africa (IPSA). He also conducts in-service training for business corporations. He is a parenting expert and marriage counsellor, and conducts workshops on these topics.
